The staff, especially Deepak, were top-notch—always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel, in a bustling area, was a stone's throw from a famous mall. I loved the option of turning my room into a family hub, giving me a touch of home. And yes, I must confess, I relished those extra hours snuggled up in bed. The gym's simplicity—just weights and a treadmill—suited my straightforward approach to fitness.

The room felt like a cozy home away from home with its modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. I particularly loved the complementary amenities and the luxurious king-size bed. As a budget traveller, the complimentary WiFi and option for room-only or room with breakfast suited my needs perfectly.

The sleeper sofa in the room was not as comfortable as I had hoped.

The pool bar allows you to enjoy a light meal or snack. I had the most relaxing time here, sipping on a refreshing drink and munching on some delicious snacks while basking in the sun. It felt like my own little piece of paradise right in the heart of the city.

The location of this hotel is convenient for reaching places like Dubai Mall by taxi. But, the guests are left dependent on Uber or taxi's since there isn't much to explore in the surrounding areas. However, there are a few restaurants nearby that serve good food.

The housekeeping service provided by this hotel is very poor, as mentioned by one of the guests who had to repeatedly ask for their iron to be delivered.

Our recent stay at a hotel in Business Bay was excellent. the location was ideal and the hotel itself was top-notch. the staff, in particular, were outstanding. Shweta at the reception was extremely helpful, and Sunita from housekeeping was very thorough and detail-oriented. They both went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the entire hotel team was kind and friendly, and we were especially impressed by Umesh, the bell boy, who always went out of his way to assist us. Sagar, the receptionist, was responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. And all of this was overseen by Vineeth, the duty manager, who ensured a safe and comfortable atmosphere. We had a truly great experience overall.

the hotel is brand new and clean - with daily cleaned comfy beds. it's close to supermarkets - making it convenient. i received great service from rochele at reception and the friendly café staff. they also served delicious food through room service and for breakfast.

Oh, I just loved how the lights in my room didn't work when I arrived, really set the mood for a dark and dismal stay. Also, who needs clean floors and properly functioning amenities when you can have a hotel with poor maintenance and service?

We really enjoyed our stay at this venue. Its location near the creek canal was very convenient as we could easily reach the center within 5-10 minutes with the taxi. We also loved the Indonesian restaurant "wok" in the area. The services provided were outstanding, from the room service to car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The amenities in the room were of great quality, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and in-room safe.

The reception, restaurants, and housekeeping teams were all amazing. I want to specifically mention Hnin at Sizzling Wok, Sujan and Albern Paul in housekeeping, and sous chef Padmanabhan R. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious food. The rooms were relaxing with great views, and the swimming pool area was perfect for some relaxation. I had a great experience.

We loved the location of the hotel in the heart of the city, only a short taxi ride away from Downtown area and Business Bay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the security teams made us feel safe during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the à la carte food exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to the chef who helped us prepare our 8-month-old baby's meals. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the clean facilities of the hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo as it provides work trips with the privacy of the Executive floor and access to the Executive lounge. The facilities were well-equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made my work trip more comfortable and productive.

One service that I missed for my work trip was the availability of an HDMI cable in the room for easy connectivity to the TV.
